Privacy

Short version: we collect the minimum we need to give you a useful report, we don't sell anything to anyone, and you can ask us to delete your data any time.

What we collect

• Your answers to the quiz questions.
• Your email address (only required at the end, so we can send you the report).
• Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for ~30 days, used for debugging and abuse prevention.

What we do with it

• Score your answers against validated frameworks and match you against the O*NET occupation database.
• Send your top matches and free-text background to Claude (Anthropic) to generate the synthesised report. Anthropic's API does not train on this data.
• Email the report to you via SendGrid.
• Store your results so you can return to them via the unique URL we send you.

What we don't do

• Sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
• Run ads or trackers.
• Share your individual answers with third parties.

Anonymous research

We may, eventually, look at aggregated, anonymised patterns across all responses to improve the matching algorithm and write up findings. This will never identify individuals.

Your rights

• Get a copy of all data we hold on you.
• Have your data deleted entirely.
• Ask any questions about how this works.
